Privacy Policy

What data zrhairport.ch collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept — and how to exercise your rights under Swiss nFADP and the GDPR.

Last updated: July 2026. This policy is written for the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nLPD, in force since September 2023) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller for the data processed through zrhairport.ch is Swiss Limousine Service, Geneva, Switzerland — the operator identified in our imprint. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Data When Why Legal basis
Name, phone, email Transfer booking Perform the transfer, contact you about it Performance of a contract
Pickup and destination, date, time Transfer booking Plan and price the journey Performance of a contract
Flight number Transfer booking, optional Track the flight so a delay does not lose your driver Performance of a contract

IP address, browser, pages viewed Every visit Serve the site, detect abuse, measure audience Legitimate interest

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data — health, beliefs, biometrics. Please do not put them in a free-text field.

Payment data

We never see your card number. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page and are processed by them. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and a reference. Card fees applied to a booking are shown before you confirm.

Who else processes your data

Processor Role Location
Cloudflare, Inc. DNS, CDN, security filtering United States / global edge
Google (Maps Platform) Address autocomplete and route distance in the booking form United States
Resend (Amazon SES) Booking confirmations and notifications Ireland
Google Cloud (Firestore) Booking storage European Union
Avionio Live flight boards embedded on this site Third-party feed

Transfers outside Switzerland and the EEA rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses.

The chauffeur

When your transfer is assigned, the driver receives what is needed to perform it: your name, the pickup and destination, the time and the flight number. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

Booking records 10 years — Swiss accounting retention
Email correspondence 3 years after the last exchange
Server logs Rolling, a few weeks

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no cross-site tracker. What exists is technical: a session identifier when you use the booking form, and the security cookie set by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots.

If you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source and similar), that origin is recorded with the booking so we know which page produced it. It is not shared with an advertising network.

Your rights

Under Swiss and European law you may ask for access to the data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion where retention is no longer justified, a portable copy, or restriction of processing. Object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before disclosing personal data — that protection works in your favour.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern, or, in the European Union, to your national supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the booking database is restricted and authenticated. Notifications are sent over authenticated channels with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place on the domain, so a message claiming to be from @zrhairport.ch can be verified as genuine.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. A transfer for a minor is booked by an adult, who provides the contact details.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the substance of the change is described here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you have taken notice of it.
