How to book a transfer, how to reach the editorial team, and which questions belong to the airport, an airline or the railway rather than to us.

Two different needs land on this page, and they go to different places.

Booking a transfer

Use the booking system. Enter the pickup and destination and it prices the journey for all four vehicles from the real road distance — there is nothing to wait for and no quote to chase.

Things worth knowing before you book:

  • Add your flight number. The driver tracks the flight, so a delay does not lose your car and there is no waiting charge for it.
  • A return journey booked at the same time takes 10 % off the total.
  • Card payment adds a 3.5 % fee, shown before you confirm.
  • For a group over 7, or a lot of ski equipment, choose the Sprinter rather than splitting into two cars.

You will receive a confirmation by email from [email protected]. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder before writing to us — and tell us, because that is a fault worth fixing.

Writing to the guide

Subject Where
A correction — something on this site is wrong [email protected]
An existing booking Reply to your confirmation email — it carries the reference
Press, editorial, partnerships [email protected]
Data protection request [email protected] — see the privacy policy

Corrections get priority. If you tell us a figure on this site is out of date and you name the source, it is fixed the same week. That is the deal we offer readers in exchange for their trust.

What we cannot help with

We are not the airport, and messages meant for it will not reach it any faster through us. These go to the operator directly:

Your question The right channel
Lost property at the airport The airport’s lost property service — see lost & found
A delayed, cancelled or rebooked flight Your airline. We can show you the live board, nothing more
A bag that did not arrive Your airline’s baggage desk, before leaving the baggage hall — see baggage
A parking charge or a barrier problem The car park operator — see parking
A train ticket or a missed connection SBB — see train to Zurich
Visa and entry conditions The Swiss authorities — see passport control

Contact — FAQ

How do I change or cancel a transfer I have booked?

Reply to the confirmation email you received: it carries the booking reference, which is what we need to find the journey. Tell us as early as you can, particularly for a pickup at an unsocial hour.

My flight is delayed — do I need to tell you?

No, if you gave the flight number when booking. The driver tracks the inbound flight and adjusts, and a delay does not create a waiting charge. Tell us only if you decide not to travel.

How quickly do you answer email?

Within one working day for questions about the guide. Messages about a journey in progress are handled first — if a pickup is imminent, phone rather than write.

Can you help me find something I left on a plane?

No. Property left on board belongs to the airline, and property lost in the terminal to the airport’s lost property service. Both are described on our lost and found page, with the right channel for each.

Do you offer transfers from other Swiss airports?

The booking system prices any journey with Zurich Airport at one end. For Geneva Airport, the sister guide gvaairport.com covers the same ground for GVA.
