A VIP transfer is not a better car. It is a journey organised so that nothing about it requires attention: the vehicle is where it should be, the driver knows the route in winter, and the arrangement does not have to be explained twice.
This page describes what that actually means at Zurich, and what it costs — because a service that will not quote a price in advance is not offering discretion, it is offering ambiguity.
What is included

Or discreetly without one, if a name on a board is the wrong thing. Say so when booking.
The pickup moves
Scheduled flight number or aircraft registration for a private arrival. No waiting charge for a delay.
Where it matters
For a multi-day visit, continuity is worth more than the vehicle. Request it at booking.
Agreed before travel
No meter, no night surcharge, no adjustment for a route change caused by weather.
Also standard rather than extra: bottled water, Wi-Fi and chargers, child seats on request, and carriage of ski and board equipment.

The S-Class carries two pieces of luggage. That is the single most useful thing on this page. A couple arriving for a week in St. Moritz with two large cases and ski bags does not fit in one, whatever it looks like on the forecourt. The V-Class takes eight, has tinted rear windows, and lets four people talk facing each other.

Per vehicle, fixed before travel. A return booked at the same time takes 10 % off; card payment adds 3.5 %.
Note that the V-Class is cheaper than the S-Class on every line while carrying four times the luggage and more than twice the passengers. If the S-Class is chosen, it should be chosen deliberately, not by assuming it is the premium answer to every brief.
What we will not claim
We will not tell you a car can meet an aircraft airside — that is decided by the handling agent and the airport, not by a transfer company. We will not promise a police escort, a fast-track through immigration we do not control, or a journey time that ignores winter.
What is genuinely in our hands: the vehicle, the driver, the price, the timing, and the fact that a delayed flight costs you nothing. Everything else belongs to someone else, and a service that pretends otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver.
Discretion, practically
If a name board is inappropriate, say so and the meeting is arranged by phone instead. If you would rather not be met in the hall at all, a pickup point can be agreed. If the booking should not carry a recognisable name, use a reference and give the real contact by phone.
None of this needs a separate product — it needs telling us at the time of booking.

What makes a VIP transfer different from a standard one?
Mainly the arrangements around it rather than the car: the choice of vehicle, being met the way you prefer, continuity of driver across a stay, and a price fixed before travel. Flight tracking and equipment carriage are standard on every booking here.
Should I book the S-Class?
Only with light luggage — it carries two pieces against eight in the V-Class, and costs more. For a couple with a week’s baggage or ski equipment, the V-Class is both cheaper and the correct vehicle.
Can the car meet me at the aircraft?
That is decided by the handling agent and airport access rules, not by us. For a private arrival, tell us what your handler has arranged and the pickup is set up around it.
Can I be met without a name board?
Yes. Say so when booking and the meeting is arranged by phone, or at an agreed point rather than in the arrivals hall.
Can I have the same driver for several days?
Request it at booking. For a multi-day visit, continuity is usually worth more than the choice of vehicle.
